At Valerius Connect, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Chemical Products
Due to the nature of specialty water treatment chemicals, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once products have been delivered and opened.
Refunds or replacements may be considered if:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographs and proof of purchase.
2. Hardware Products
For products such as the Alec Magic Box, refunds or replacements may be provided if:
- The device is defective upon arrival.
- The product does not function as described due to a manufacturing issue
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
3. Custom Technical Services
Fees paid for technical audits, consultations, or customized services are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or initiated.
4. Approved Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
